Regulations
Regulations of Coppa Città di Mori 2023 - International Open- Players will do 6 games with reflection time of 35 minutes and recharge of 30 seconds for each moves (Fischer System).
- There will be a unique group of playing However, for the prizes, we'll consider 3 virtual groups of the same number of players looking at the points of the players in Italian or in International ranking. Italian players will be subdivided on the ground of Elo-Rubele classification, foreign players will be considered on the ground of their Volmac classification (Italian Draughts Federation has a special conversion's formula to adapt Volmac points to the ones of Elo-Rubele classification).
- Enrolment's fee is of 12 € (free for GMI players).
- Matches will be decided with Italian-Swiss system.
- There will be FID and FMJD rules.
- To lodge a protest during the competition each player has to give the referee the sum of 30 €.
- Money will be given back if the referee agrees the protest.
- It's mandatory to participate in the prizegiving cerimony to receive the prizes.
- The tournament will be valid for change in Volmac as in the FMJD rules
Program
Regulations of Blitz Tournament
- On August 26 from 9 to 11 a.m. there will be a blitz tournament in a municipal hall in Mori (TN), in via San Giovanni 36.
- The tournament will have a unique group. Reflection time will be 5 minutes + 3 seconds per player (Fischer system).
- Matches will be decided with Italian-Swiss system.
- Enrolment's fee 10 €. Subscriptions will be open from 8.30 to 9 am
- The prizegiving cerimony will be at 11 pm, just after the end of the competition. It's mandatory to participate in the prizegiving's cerymony to receive the prizes.
- Blitz tournament will be valid for change in Volmac rapid/blitz rating.
- There will be FID and FMJD rules. The director of the tournaments has the authority to change some rules for a good way of the tournament.
